Shipping Policy

Orders placed before 12:00 PM Pacific Time Monday through Friday ship the same business day. Orders placed after the cutoff or on weekends and US federal holidays ship the next business day.

• Standard ground: 2–5 business days. Free on orders over $200.
• Two-day expedited: 2 business days, flat rate.
• Overnight: next business day, flat rate.

Tracking information is emailed when the carrier picks up the package.

We ship to select international destinations subject to local import laws. International orders are shipped via tracked courier with delivery typically within 7–14 business days. The recipient is responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by the destination country.

We do not ship to jurisdictions where the underlying compound is regulated as a controlled substance, prescription drug, or otherwise prohibited. Orders to restricted destinations are cancelled and refunded automatically. The current restricted list is maintained by VESPER and may change without notice.

Lyophilized peptides are stable at ambient temperature for the duration of standard shipping. Cold-chain shipping with ice packs is available on request for an additional fee.

If a shipment is lost in transit or arrives damaged, contactsupport@vesper.research within 14 days of the expected delivery date. We will work with the carrier and replace or refund the order.

You are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address. Orders returned due to incorrect addresses or refused delivery are subject to a re-shipping fee.
