Refund Policy

Effective: 2026-04-24·VESPER Research

Our goal is that every batch ships with verified ≥99.5% purity. If a Product fails your independent quality check, we will replace the batch or refund your order without restocking fees, subject to the conditions below.

01Failed-COA Replacement

If your independent third-party laboratory analysis disagrees materially with the certificate of analysis we issue with your shipment, contact support@vesper.research within 30 days of delivery and include:

  • order number and batch identifier;
  • independent laboratory chromatogram and mass spec data;
  • name and contact information of the testing laboratory.

We will replace the affected vials or refund the order at our discretion. No restocking fees apply.

02Damaged in Transit

If a vial arrives damaged, photograph the packaging and contents and contact us within 14 days of delivery. We will replace the damaged unit at no charge.

03Sealed-Vial Returns Only

Once a tamper-evident seal has been broken, the Product cannot be returned. This is a sterility and chain-of-custody requirement, not a commercial preference.

04Order Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled before they enter the dispatch queue. Once an order has shipped, it cannot be cancelled but may be refused on delivery and returned in accordance with the conditions in this policy.

05Refund Method & Timing

Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Most refunds appear within 3–10 business days, depending on your card issuer or bank. Original shipping fees are non-refundable except in cases of batch failure or damage.

06Non-Refundable Items

  • Opened or seal-broken vials
  • Apparel that has been worn or washed
  • Customized or institutional-account orders
