Privacy Policy

Information you provide. When you create an account, place an order, subscribe to our list, or contact us, we collect information you submit directly: name, email address, shipping and billing addresses, phone number, institutional affiliation, professional context (researcher, principal investigator, lab manager), and order history.

Automatic information. When you visit our site we collect device data: IP address, browser type, operating system, referring URL, pages viewed, session timestamps, and (where consented) analytics identifiers via cookies or similar technologies.

Payment information. Payments are processed by our PCI-compliant payment processor. We do not store full payment card numbers on our servers.

• process and fulfill orders, including verifying research-use eligibility;
• provide certificates of analysis and shipping notifications;
• respond to support requests and answer questions;
• send marketing communications when you have opted in;
• improve site reliability, performance, and security;

We retain personal information for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes for which it was collected, including order fulfillment, recordkeeping, and legal compliance. Order records are generally retained for seven (7) years for tax and audit purposes.

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect personal information. However, no system is completely secure. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential.

Our products are not intended for, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from, anyone under the age of 18. If you believe a minor has provided us personal information, contact us and we will delete it.

We are based in the United States. By using our site or purchasing from us, you understand your information may be processed in the United States. Where required, we rely on appropriate transfer safeguards (e.g., Standard Contractual Clauses).

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will post the revised policy on this page with a new effective date. Material changes will be communicated by email where appropriate.
